WHO WE ARE
All parents/guardians of students enrolled at École Poirier are automatically “PAC Members.” The PAC Executives hold monthly meetings, and all PAC members are encouraged to attend.
WHAT WE DO
The PAC—represented by its Executive Team—acts as a link between the school and parents/guardians. We advocate for, engage with, and support our students and school community. We have a voice in school programs, policies, activities, and events. Through fundraising (like Hot Lunch Days or Scholastic Book Fairs), we collectively decide—alongside PAC members and school administration—how funds are spent (e.g., playground equipment, musical instruments, outdoor play/learning items, library supplies, and more).
HOW WE FUNDRAISE
Examples include Hot Lunches, School Dances, Fun Fair Carnival, Book Fairs, Created by Kids Art, Walk-a-Thon, Chocolate Sales, and beyond. We’re always seeking new opportunities and ideas—so share yours!
GET INVOLVED!
Each June, the PAC votes in the Executive Team for the following school year. Watch for our emails, newsletters, and Facebook page updates about meetings, events, and fundraisers.
