Dear Black Bear Families,
Our first annual Lahal Tournament was sensational; Grade 5 students from across our Sooke schools met up at Poirier to play this dynamic First Nation’s game. Our K to 4 classes were invited to watch and enjoy the excitment.
The community connections didn’t stop there this week. Our runners were back at it running and welcoming all our neighbouring schools for friendly competition. Games and sport really are the glue that holds community together.
